Most appointments require a £25 non-refundable deposit. Certain treatments require full payment in advance, which is also non-refundable. The total amount due will be clearly displayed at checkout.
A non refundable booking fee is required on all bookings. They are given to Book in Beautiful (the website/booking provider) and is separate from SAHD Spa Clinic.
If needed, you will be able to reschedule your appointment only once (giving 48 hours notice) and must be within 1 month of the original appointment date. Any more reschedules will need a new deposit paying and the original deposit will be lost.
If you are a no show to your appointment, you will need to pay in full up front in order to rebook.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the full treatment time is not guaranteed, you may be turned away and still expected to pay the treatment cost.
Before & After photos will be taken and held in your client record unless you give consent otherwise to share these on social media.
A consultation form and aftercare form will be sent via the App / Email. Please fill this out 48 hours before your treatment time. This is to ensure you are suitable for the treatment you have booked. If you have not completed the forms and still attend the appointment, you may be turned away and still expected to pay the remaining balance.
If you have booked a block booking, the full payment is due on the first appointment and is non-refundable.
Payments will be taken at the start of your appointment.
These terms are stated on the appointment booking screen therefore booking means you agree to this policy.
